DEMO License |
|
- An eValid DEMO license enables eValid immediately after installation,
but provides only limited functionality.
-
You can
Record > Start Recording
and Playback Mode > Start Playback
to make and play a recording,
but you won't be able to save the file or edit it.
-
You can use all of the
Record > Validate functions.
You can use
Window > Script Window and
Window > Logs options to see the
script you've generated and study details about your playbacks.
-
You can use
Settings > Record/Play Preferences to choose
many of the powerful eValid options
You can use
Settings > Cache Manager to manage
the contents of the eValid browser's cache, but you can't
use any of the Advanced Recording features.
-
The DEMO key requires that you be live on the Web
during product launch, during recording, and during playback.
In this mode, eValid interacts with several pages on the
eValid home website.
However, once launched "on the Web" you aren't restricted
in where you go and what pages you study; you're free to
navigate to and process
non-Web-public pages (for example, on your Intranet) if you choose.
-
You'll get an error message if you try to use eValid "Off The Web".
- Your DEMO key is active for a short period.
After it expires you can re-download to continue your evaluation.
