Synopsis
eValid will provide fully provisioned and tested Rich Internet Application (RIA) monitoring scripts integrated with your existing network monitoring solution.

This service is ideal for all customers who are provisioning their own monitoring machines to use the eValid Rich Internet Application (RIA) monitoring playback engine.

Detailed Service Description
Here is what eValid will provide for this service:

• Telephone consult with customer to become familiar with eValid concepts, operation, and possibilities. Also, identify customer monitoring needs, hopes, concerns, and expectations.
• Telephone consult with your designated application engineer in the design of each complete monitoring transaction scripts.
  (Example scenario: User login, select first item into cart, select second item into cart, proceed to checkout, figure shipping costs, and supply credit card details).
• For AJAX applications, modification of recorded script to include AJAX synchronization steps needed to assure troublefree playback.
• Creation and perfection of the scripts using our facilities to access the target application.
• Installation of an appropriate test measurement "benchmark points" in the script. Usually there are 3-6 benchmark points in a script, but this number can vary. Test benchmarks measure how the overall time sequence of actions is reported.
• Confirmation of operation of script on your facility (on a machine where you are running eValid).
• All troubleshooting to assuring 100% reliable operation of the scripts.
• Followup support in case the web application being monitored changes beyond the ability of eValid's Adaptive Playback feature to compensate.
• Note: Requires use of WebEX or other remote connection technology to support script installation, demonstration, training.

Requirements & Caveats
Here are requirements on the above service offering.

• Access to your website or web application from our facility.
• Temporary login and password if needed on your website or web application.
• Test credit card number if a credit card is involved.
• Typical maximum playback time (without Wait times) < 100 secs per script. (This is a practical limit for any script that will be on 5-minute intervals).
• Unambiguous description of the test sequence (this can be done by phone interview).
• Desk-top safe operations are strongly preferred (pure-HTML pages including AJAX are OK).
